Breck wanted to position himself as a leader in the industry above and beyond his affiliation with Tahoe Mountain Realty initially, and now, Sotheby’s International. We created a brand that demonstrated Breck’s discerning taste and expertise of luxury and resort markets, specifically, ski resorts, golf resorts, and lakefront homes. We are experts at luxury branding & graphic design, serving the high end resort markets for realtors, designers and builders.

A personal brand provided Breck with a platform to showcase his professionalism, responsiveness, follow-through and execution. His goal was to grow his client base beyond what he typically received through referrals and become one of the most productive brokers in the luxury home marketplace.

How could we create an image that was true to his personal professionalism and build trust? Playing off his last name, Overall, we developed a logo with the tagline “Because the big picture and every little detail count.” He liked it so much, it became one of the main elements of his website, print advertising, and direct mail postcards that beautifully showcase his latest listings.
